StudioLedger retains exclusive rights to all technology, source code, design, and features. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for service use only.
You maintain full ownership of all content you upload, including photos, client lists, calendar data, meeting notes, and financial records.
StudioLedger does not claim, license, sell, or use your content without your explicit authorization.
Optional third-party integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Stripe, etc.) are available. We access only the data necessary for requested functionality and never use this data beyond service delivery.
Your content is treated as confidential. Access is strictly limited to secure, logged actions necessary for operations.
You must ensure you possess appropriate rights to all uploaded content. You cannot:
Client licensing agreements are independent arrangements between you and your clients. StudioLedger provides tools to facilitate these agreements but assumes no liability for their terms or enforcement.
Unlimited storage applies to routine business use only. This excludes archival purposes, system backups, or excessive storage of unrelated data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
StudioLedger's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from StudioLedger to the phone number you provide.
StudioLedger SMS Alerts is a messaging service that sends transactional notifications and reminders related to your business operations on the StudioLedger platform.
Message frequency varies based on your business activity. You control when these messages are triggered by your actions in the StudioLedger platform.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. StudioLedger is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
